On May 1, 2024, NuCana plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has received written notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum $1.00 per share bid price requirement as a result of the Company’s American Depositary Shares having a closing bid price of $1.00 per share or greater for 10 consecutive business days. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
