On April 9, 2024, NuCana plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the presentation of two posters for NUC-7738 at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2024 being held April 5-10, 2024. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
