Other Events

On May 15, 2020, NuCana plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the presentation of two abstracts describing non-clinical studies related to the mechanisms of action of its proprietary ProTides, Acelarin (NUC-1031) and NUC-3373, at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2020 on June 22-24, 2020. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
