Equity Method Investments and Joint Ventures [Abstract]

Equity Method Investments We account for ownership interests in Mars, the Mardi Gras Joint Ventures, Ursa, and KM Phoenix using the equity method for financial reporting purposes. Financial results include the Partnership's proportionate share of Mars, the Mardi Gras Joint Ventures, Ursa and KM Phoenix, which is reflected in Income from equity method investments on the condensed consolidated statements of operations. We did not record any impairment loss on equity method investments during the three and six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019.
