⁽¹⁾During the six months ended June 30, 2020, the Company completed the purchase price allocation related to the asset swap. In doing so, the Company reduced its provisional loss on disposal of $9,907 (which was recorded during the three month period ended March 31, 2020) to a loss of $6,475, which is reflected in net (gain) loss on asset disposals during the six months ended June 30, 2020. The $3,432 reduction to the loss on the asset swap is reflected in net (gain) loss on asset disposals during the three months ended June 30, 2020. Refer to Note 6 to these condensed consolidated financial statements for details on the asset swap.

During the three and six months ended June 30, 2019, the Company recognized a gain of $11,362 related to the sale of a product line. Refer to Note 7 of these condensed consolidated financial statements for additional details.
