The Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, was not be submitted by the deadline due to a situation of an internal restructuring of the Company’s personnel, and thus, workload exceeds available personnel. Based on the foregoing, the Company was unable to complete and file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 without unreasonable effort and expense . However, the Registrant intends to file the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q as soon as practicable.
