Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 14, 2020, ANGI Homeservices Inc. issued a press release announcing preliminary selected financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2020, and the withdrawal of full-year 2020 guidance previously provided given the uncertainties surrounding the impact of COVID-19 on its business. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this current report.
