On March 6, 2019, Quintana Energy Services Inc. (“QES” or the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its audited results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2018. QES is hereby furnishing the Press Release, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K. QES announced its preliminary fourth quarter 2018 financial information on February 25, 2019, and furnished the press release pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K on February 25, 2019.
