- COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	Note 7 - *COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES* Company has entered into a rental agreement for a $190 monthly fee, starting on April 1, 2017 and ends September 1, 2018. By providing written notice to Landlord, Tenant exercises renewal option in case of further rent.
