- LOAN FROM DIRECTOR	Note 5 - *LOAN FROM DIRECTOR* As of July 31, 2018, our sole director has loaned to the Company $10,563. This loan is unsecured, non-interest bearing and due on demand. The balance due to the director was $10,563 as of July 31, 2018, and $10,563 as of April 30, 2018.
