On December 19, 2018, Manuel Romero notified PDL Community Bancorp, a federal savings and loan holding company (the “Company”) that he will resign from the Boards of Directors of the Company, Ponce Bank Mutual Holding Company and Ponce Bank effective January 1, 2019.
