RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	Commencing in October 2017 the Company began reimbursing Mr. Elwood Norris, an officer and stockholder of the Company, $1,500 per month on a month to month basis for laboratory facility costs, for an aggregate of $4,500 during the three months ended March 31, 2019 and 2018. See Notes 1, 6, 8 and 10 for information regarding related party transactions and information.
