RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	Commencing in October 2017 the Company began reimbursing stockholder/officer Mr. Elwood Norris $1,500 per month on a month to month basis for laboratory facility costs, for an aggregate of $9,000 during the six months ended June 30, 2018. See Notes 1, 6, and 8 for information on related party transactions and information.
