RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	Commencing in October 2017 the Company began reimbursing stockholder/officer Mr. Elwood Norris $1,500 per month on a month to month basis for laboratory facility costs for an aggregate of $4,500 during the period ended March 31, 2018. See Notes 1, 5, and 7 for information on related party transactions and information.
