DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN	14. DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN The Company has a defined contribution savings plan for all eligible U.S. employees established under the provisions of Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. This plan was formed on January 1, 2022. Eligible employees may contribute a percentage of their salary subject to certain limitations. The Company’s contributions for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, was $0 and $0, respectively.
