11.          STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY

The Company’s authorized capital consists of 150,000,000 shares of Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, and 5,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.0001 per share (“Preferred Stock”).

During the year ended December 31, 2021, the Company received proceeds of $12,047 from the exercise of 1,815,012 warrants. At December 31, 2021 the Company had outstanding Common Stock purchase warrants exercisable for 1,391,667 shares that expired on June 1, 2022, and had no purchase warrants outstanding at December 31, 2022.
