    On October 22, 2021, The Simply Good Foods Company, a Delaware corporation ("the Company"), reported its results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended August 28, 2021. The results are discussed in detail in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. In addition, we have posted an investor presentation at www.thesimplygoodfoodscompany.com.
