As of March 31, 2026 and 2025, property and equipment, net consist of the following:

For the years ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, the depreciation amount was US$6,742 and US$1,621, respectively. No impairment loss was recognized for property and equipment for the years ended March 31, 2026 and 2025.
