Common Stock	Note 5 – COMMON STOCK The Company has 75,000,000, $0.001 par value shares of common stock authorized. On February 21, 2017, the Company issued 3,500,000 shares of common stock to a director for cash proceeds of $3,500 at $0.001 per share. In September 2017, the Company issued 497,500 shares of common stock for cash proceeds of $9,950 at $0.02 per share. In October 2017, the Company issued 1,873,750 shares of common stock for cash proceeds of $37,475 at $0.02 per share. There were 5,871,250 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of April 30, 2019.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income. Includes, but is not limited to, balances of common stock, preferred stock, additional paid-in capital, other capital and retained earnings, accumulated balance for each classification of other comprehensive income and amount of comprehensive income.
