7. Stockholders’ Equity

The Company is authorized to issue up to 1,000,000,000 shares of common stock with a par value of $0.00001 per share and 5,000,000 shares of preferred stock with a par value of $0.00001 per share. At June 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, there were 45,622,610 and 45,433,684 shares of common stock issued and outstanding, respectively.

Common stockholders are entitled to receive dividends if and when declared by the board of directors subject to the rights of any preferred stockholders. As of June 30, 2022, no dividends on common stock had been declared by the Company.
