Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On October 1, 2024, the Company completed the acquisition of Air Power Systems Co., LLC (“APSCO”) for an all-cash upfront purchase price of $112 million. The business is a provider of hydraulic and pneumatic products and engineered solutions serving diverse specialty work truck vehicles. APSCO will be reported within the Industrial Technologies and Services segment. Management is in the process of preparing the preliminary fair values of the assets and liabilities acquired.
