Stock for Redemption Based on Number of Years Stock Held

The redemption price per share for Class A shares, Class Y shares, and Class Z shares will initially depend on the length of time the stockholder has held such shares as follows:

Less than 1	No Redemption Allowed
More than 1 but less than 2	90.0% of the Redemption Amount (as defined below)
More than 2 but less than 3	92.5% of the Redemption Amount
More than 3 but less than 4	95.0% of the Redemption Amount
More than 4	100% of the Redemption Amount
