Departure of Directors and Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective June 19, 2018, Yasser Al Barami no longer serves on the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of National Energy Services Reunited Corp. Mubadarah Investments LLC will nominate a director candidate for consideration by the Board to fill the vacancy.
