Note 5. Commitments and Contingencies	Operating Leases None. The Company takes exemption from ASC 842, “Leases”, as it rents an office at 2831 St. Rose Pkwy, Henderson, Nevada on month to month basis for $75 a month. Litigation We are not party to any material legal proceedings.
