| Eversept Partners, LP ("Eversept") is filing this amendment to report put and call option and equity positions that had been inadvertently omitted from the Information Table in our original filing. The option positions had been omitted because, in analyzing whether the option positions fell below the minimum quantity and value thresholds for inclusion in the Information Table, Eversept had incorrectly use the quantity and value of the options themselves rather than the quantity and value of the securities underlying options. The equity positions were originally omitted because Eversept inadvertently believed they were below the reporting threshold. |
