- COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	Note 6 - *COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES* The Company has entered into a one year rental agreement for a $225 monthly fee, starting on December 1, 2016. The future minimum lease payments under this lease are $1,125 during 2018. For the six months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017 rent expenses was $1,350.
