Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Dividend Declaration On November 4, 2019, our Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of our common stock, payable on December 2, 2019 to shareholders of record on November 18, 2019. Purchase of Biofuel Production Assets Effective October 1, 2019, we acquired certain assets of JNS Biofuel, LLC, a biodiesel facility located in New Albany, Mississippi for a total purchase price of $8.0 million. The assets acquired consisted primarily of real property and integral equipment.
