COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 8—COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Litigation The Company is named from time to time in various legal proceedings in the ordinary course of business. The legal proceedings are at different stages; however, the Company does not believe the resolution of any of these proceedings would be material to its financial position or results of operations. General Business Risk As discussed in Note 1, the substantial majority of the Company’s customers are in the oil and gas industry. The oil and gas industry is currently facing unique challenges due to the continued volatility and depressed state of oil and gas prices.
