ITEM 7. DEPARTURE OF CERTAIN OFFICERS

On September 15, 2017, the Board of Directors of TMPOS, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted and approved the resignation of Sang G. Lee as the Company’s Principal Executive Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer and all other positions as an officer of the Company. He remains as the sole Director of the Company.

Effective as of September 15, 2017, the following persons were appointed as the directors of the Company to serve until the next annual meeting or their successors are duly elected and qualified:
