(1)	During the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, $23 and $0, respectively, in base management fees were paid to FS Real Estate Advisor. As of December 31, 2018, $47 in base management fees were payable to FS Real Estate Advisor.
(2)	During the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, $20 and $0, respectively, in performance fees were paid to FS Real Estate Advisor. As of December 31, 2018, $24 in performance fees were payable to FS Real Estate Advisor.
(3)	During the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, $1,826 and $196, respectively, of the accrued administrative services expenses related to the allocation of costs of administrative personnel for services rendered to the Company by FS Real Estate Advisor and Rialto and the remainder related to other reimbursable expenses.
