Subsequent Events	Subsequent EventsIn October 2023, the Company achieved a milestone pursuant to the Vertex Agreement related to preclinical IND-enabling GLP toxicology studies of ENTR-701 that triggered a $17.5 million milestone payment, which the Company expects to receive in the fourth quarter of 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
