Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On July 1, 2017, DXC acquired Tribridge Holdings LLC, one of the largest independent integrators of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with clients in North America. The acquisition includes the Tribridge affiliate company, Concerto Cloud Services LLC. Post-acquisition, the companies are referred to as DXC Tribridge and DXC Concerto. These companies will join the DXC Eclipse business unit as foundation of DXC's global Microsoft Dynamics practice. The integration of Tribridge into DXC is expected to complete by April 1, 2018.
