Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company and Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., affiliates of the Company's principal equity holder, provide certain consulting services to the Company. The Company paid $1.2 million and $1.1 million during the three months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, for these services. The Company paid $1.8 million and $1.5 million during the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively. In connection with the Company's research and development initiatives, the Company has engaged in transactions with its equity-method investee. In the first quarter of 2020, the Company had enough evidence to believe that it would not be able to recover its $1.7 million investment in its equity-method investee completely impaired it. The impairment is recorded in impairment expense in the condensed and consolidated statement of operations and comprehensive income (loss).
