On March 5, 2020, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Canadian Pacific Railway Company, is issuing C$300 million of 3.05% Notes due 2050, which will be guaranteed by the Company.
