Canadian Pacific Railway Limited declares dividend
On December 16, 2019, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its board of directors declared a
quarterly dividend of $0.83 per share on the Company’s outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on January 27, 2020 to holders of record at the close of business on December 27, 2019.
A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
