On August 7, 2019, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Company”) announced that Robert Johnson, Executive Vice-President, Operations has advised the Company that he intends to retire from his position effective September 1, 2019, and will depart the Company at the end of September 2019. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing Mr. Johnson’s retirement and other organizational changes is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
