NOTE 4 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

During the period ended August 31, 2019, Century Acquisitions (major shareholder of the Company) advanced $20,000 ($0 for 2020) to the Company, and paid expenses on behalf of the Company of $1,749 ($0 for 2020). As of August 31, 2020 and 2019, the balance of due to Century Acquisitions was $46,249. The amounts due to the related party are unsecured and non- interest-bearing with no set terms of repayment.
