DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN	DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLANThe Company has a defined contribution plan available to most of its employees, where the Company makes contributions to the plan based on employee contributions. Total employer contribution expense included in salaries and benefits in the consolidated statements of income and comprehensive income was approximately $0.2 million, $0.1 million and $0.1 million for the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
