Klockau, a director of the Company, is a claims consultant and was paid $6,455 and $10,560 as of September 30, 2019 and 2018, respectively, related to his services to the Company. Mr. Scott T. Burgess is a director of the Company and a Senior Managing Director of Griffin Financial Group (Griffin). Mr. Burgess was paid $2,941, and $3,355 during the nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, respectively for travel reimbursement costs. Griffin and Stevens & Lee are affiliated. Stevens & Lee is a full-service law firm that was paid $27,500 and $85,841 during the nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, respectively.
