RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSRelated party transactions are conducted in the normal course of business and, unless otherwise noted, are measured at the exchange amount, which is the amount of consideration established and agreed to by the related parties. In connection with a consulting agreement an aggregate of $24,000 in cash payments were made during 2025 to Hustle and Flower LLC, of which a member of our board serves as chief executive officer. There were no
