SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In April 2025, we amended the prospectus supplement dated June 20, 2024 related to the offering of shares pursuant to the ATM Facility and increased the aggregate gross proceeds by $437,000 to approximately $2.0 million. For additional information, see Note 6, Stockholders’ Equity. We have evaluated subsequent events from the balance sheet date through May 8, 2025, the date at which the condensed financial statements were issued, and determined that there were no additional items that require adjustment to or disclosure in the condensed financial statements.
