RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSRelated party transactions are conducted in the normal course of business and, unless otherwise noted, are measured at the exchange amount, which is the amount of consideration established and agreed to by the related parties. In connection with consulting agreements in place, during each of the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, $50,400 of cash payments were made to the Kito Impact Foundation of which Dr. Bechtel, the Chair of our board, serves as chief executive officer.
