On February 20, 2019, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State which increased the Company's authorized shares of common stock from 75,000,000 to 250,000,000		250,000,000
Also, during the year ended May 31, 2019, the Company had 32,600,000 shares of common stock returned. On March 8, 2019, a total of 22,600,000 shares related to the cancellation of restricted shares to reduce the director's percentage of shares.
