- RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 7 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company’s president has verbally agreed to provide interest free advances, due on demand, to the Company up to $100,000. As of November 30, 2019, and May 31, 2019, the Company has drawn $49,458 and $54,500, respectively, of advances. In addition, the Company’s president has agreed to provide production space in Sri Lanka at no charge for the production of goods through December 2020. The Company’s subsidiary received $339,661 and $203,622 as advances from related parties as of November 30, 2019, and May 31, 2019, respectively. The advances are interest-free and due on demand.
