NOTE 4 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES

Our sole officer and director, Suneetha Nandana Silva Sudusinghe, has agreed to provide us his own premises for free. He won’t take any fee for these premises. It is used for the production of goods.

On September 28, 2016 the Company signed a Rent office agreement, beginning on January 1, 2017 and will terminate on January 01, 2018 and extended till January 01, 2019. These premises will be used as representative office for the customers. The rent expense for the six months ended November 30, 2018 and 2017 was $720 and $720 respectively.
