COMMITMENTS, CONTINGENCIES, GUARANTEES AND LEGAL PROCEEDINGS	16. COMMITMENTS, CONTINGENCIES, GUARANTEES AND LEGAL PROCEEDINGS We have financial commitments and obligations that arise in the ordinary course of our business. These include long-term debt, lease obligations, purchase commitments for goods and services, and legal proceedings. There have been no material changes to the guarantees and indemnifications disclosed in Note 16, Commitments, Contingencies, Guarantees, and Legal Proceedings, of the Notes to Combined and Consolidated Financial Statements in “Part II, Item 8. Financial Statements and Supplementary Data” of the Form 10-K. We are a party to legal actions arising in the ordinary course of our business. These legal actions include commercial liability claims, premises liability claims, and employment-related claims, among others. As of the date of this filing, we do not believe that any of the legal actions against us would, either individually or in the aggregate, have a material adverse effect on our financial condition, results of operations, or cash flows. Costs of legal services associated with the foregoing matters are recognized in earnings as services are provided.

16. COMMITMENTS, CONTINGENCIES, GUARANTEES AND LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
