The Company’s operating results for any quarter are not necessarily indicative of the operating results for any future quarters or a full year. The net loss per common share amounts for the quarterly periods have been computed separately. Therefore, the sum of quarterly net loss per common share amounts may not equal annual net loss per common share amounts.
