Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event In July 2018, the Company completed an underwritten public offering of 3,333,334 of its common shares at a public offering price of $22.50 per common share. After deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering costs payable by the Company, the net proceeds to the Company were approximately $70.2 million.
