Income Taxes	Income Taxes The Company's provision for income taxes is based on income taxes in the United States for federal, state and local income taxes. The Company is not subject to taxation under the laws of Bermuda since it is organized as a Bermuda Exempted Limited Company, for which there is no current tax regime. The Company's effective income tax rate for the three and six months ended September 30, 2016 was (0.02)%. As of March 31, 2016 and September 30, 2016, there were no significant uncertain tax positions.
