CONCENTRATIONS AND CREDIT RISK

14. CONCENTRATIONS AND CREDIT RISK

(a) Concentrations

In the year ended June 30, 2024, one customer accounted for 82.86% of the Company’s revenues. In the year ended June 30, 2023, two customers accounted for 80.82% of the Company’s revenues. No other customer accounts for more than 10% of the Company’s revenue in the years ended June 30, 2024 and 2023.

In the year ended June 30, 2024, three suppliers accounted for 66.56% of the Company’s purchase. In the year ended June 30, 2023, three suppliers accounted for 53.49% of the Company’s purchase. No other supplier accounts for more than 10% of the Company’s purchase in the years ended June 30, 2024 and 2023.

As of June 30, 2024, the balance of accounts receivable was nil. As of June 30, 2023, one customer accounted for 89.97% of the Company’s accounts receivable. No other customer accounts for more than 10% of the Company’s accounts receivable as of June 30, 2023.

As of June 30, 2024, one supplier accounted for 93.25% of the Company’s accounts payable. As of June 30, 2023, two suppliers accounted for 73.72% of the Company’s accounts payable. No other supplier accounts for over 10% of the Company’s accounts payable as of June 30, 2024 and 2023.

(b) Credit risk

Financial instruments that potentially subject the Company to a significant concentration of credit risk consist primarily of cash. As of June 30, 2024, and 2023, substantially all of the Company’s cash were held by major financial institutions located in the PRC, which management believes are of high credit quality.

For the credit risk related to trade accounts receivable, which are unsecured in nature, the Company performs ongoing credit evaluations of its customers and, if necessary, maintains reserves for potential credit losses. Historically, such losses have been within management’s expectations; however, there is the extremely remote chance that all trade receivables may be become uncollectible.
